Why we built ImpactPilot

ImpactPilot is the solution you need to manage customer success in HubSpot. It’s your strategic customer success add-on for HubSpot, engineered to make customer success proactive, measurable and integrated.

ImpactPilot is based on a customer success performance methodology used at Google and refined for SaaS customer success at 24sessions. 24sessions’ growth came for a large part from a land and expand strategy of existing customers. Therefore excellent customer success was pivotal. This resulted in +165NRR and +56NPS. Eventually 24sessions was acquired by Messagebird.

Why a HubSpot add-on?

At 24sessions Pieter & Konstantin were happy HubSpot users until the CS approach became to complex to manage in HubSpot. We then turned to a dedicated CS platform which worked OK but gave us all sorts of challenges.

  1. Our pre and post sales team were now in separate environments

  2. We doubled our ops resources to maintain 2 platforms & their integration

  3. The CS platform was more insight than impact focussed.

Conversations with hundreds of SaaS companies confirmed that building on top of HubSpot was the way forward. HubSpot is the preferred CRM for its adaptability and comprehensive features. ImpactPilot leverages this preference, adding value whether you’re supplementing existing customer success tools or looking for a standalone solution.
