We quickly nailed down the core functionalities of the product:: defining impact drivers, setting targets, planning, and measuring. It was exhilarating to see our ideas turn into functional features fast. But then came the big question: how to bring this to our users in the most effective way?

Two things became obvious: HubSpot's capability for health scoring and its potential to integrate product usage. Why create a parallel universe when we could enhance an existing one? With ImpactPilot, CSMs could now amplify HubSpot's power, delaying or even augmenting their dedicated CS platform like Gainsight, Planhat, Totango, Clientsuccess, Custify or Churnzero.
