ImpactPilot Status Definitions and Actions

1. Status: None (Default)

  • Description: This status indicates that no action has been initiated for an impact driver.

  • Action Required: If an impact driver requires initiation, move it from 'None' to the next appropriate status based on customer interaction or internal updates.

2. Status: Pitched

  • Description: Indicates ongoing discussions with the customer about the impact driver.

  • Action Required:

    • Log this status when you pitch the impact driver to the customer.

    • Record the discussion as a note in HubSpot under the company's record.

    • Add a custom field or note titled DiscussedDuringUpdateCall to document this interaction.

3. Status: Closed Won

  • Description: The customer has agreed to implement the impact driver.

  • Action Required:

    • Update the status to 'Closed Won' when the customer commits to implementation.

    • Create a note in HubSpot documenting the commitment and the expected implementation.

    • This status automatically adds points to both the personal and company level in ImpactPilot.

4. Status: Closed Lost

  • Description: The customer has decided not to proceed with the impact driver.

  • Action Required:

    • Update the status to 'Closed Lost'.

    • Promptly add a note in HubSpot detailing the reason for loss to improve future approaches.

5. Status: Implemented

  • Description: The impact driver has been fully implemented by the customer.

  • Action Required:

    • This status is typically set automatically after a successful 'Closed Won' cycle or can be manually updated if confirmed that the action is complete.

    • Ensure that all documentation of implementation is updated in HubSpot.
