1. Status: None (Default)
Description: This status indicates that no action has been initiated for an impact driver.
Action Required: If an impact driver requires initiation, move it from 'None' to the next appropriate status based on customer interaction or internal updates.
2. Status: Pitched
Description: Indicates ongoing discussions with the customer about the impact driver.
Action Required:
Log this status when you pitch the impact driver to the customer.
Record the discussion as a note in HubSpot under the company's record.
Add a custom field or note titled DiscussedDuringUpdateCall to document this interaction.
3. Status: Closed Won
Description: The customer has agreed to implement the impact driver.
Action Required:
Update the status to 'Closed Won' when the customer commits to implementation.
Create a note in HubSpot documenting the commitment and the expected implementation.
This status automatically adds points to both the personal and company level in ImpactPilot.
4. Status: Closed Lost
Description: The customer has decided not to proceed with the impact driver.
Action Required:
Update the status to 'Closed Lost'.
Promptly add a note in HubSpot detailing the reason for loss to improve future approaches.
5. Status: Implemented
Description: The impact driver has been fully implemented by the customer.
Action Required:
This status is typically set automatically after a successful 'Closed Won' cycle or can be manually updated if confirmed that the action is complete.
Ensure that all documentation of implementation is updated in HubSpot.
