How do I install ImpactPilot for Slack?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack in your ImpactPilot dashboard and click “Add to Slack”. You’ll be guided through the Slack OAuth flow to connect your workspace.
What are transition suggestions?
When ImpactPilot’s AI evaluations detect a customer milestone or status change, you’ll receive a direct message in Slack with Accept, Reject, and Ignore buttons. Accepting a suggestion updates the customer’s status in HubSpot automatically.
Can I reinstall or disconnect the Slack app?
Yes. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack in ImpactPilot to disconnect. To reinstall, click “Add to Slack” again from the same page.
What permissions does the app need?
ImpactPilot for Slack requests only the permissions it needs to function: sending messages, looking up users to match with HubSpot contacts, reading direct message history for conversation context. See our landing page for a full breakdown.
Is my data safe?
ImpactPilot only accesses customer data from your connected HubSpot account within your authenticated session. We do not store Slack message content beyond what is needed to process your request. Read our full Privacy Policy.
I’m not receiving transition suggestion notifications
Check that Impact driver status transitions are configured in your ImpactPilot settings and that the Slack integration is active. Notifications are sent as direct messages from the ImpactPilot bot.
The app was removed from my workspace
A workspace admin may have uninstalled it. Reinstall from Settings → Integrations → Slack in your ImpactPilot dashboard.
