What it does
Transition Suggestions
When ImpactPilot detects a customer milestone or status change, your team gets a Slack notification with one-click Accept, Reject, or Ignore buttons. Status changes sync back to HubSpot automatically.
How it works
- Install the app — In ImpactPilot, go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Add to Slack button.
- Act on suggestions — When AI evaluations detect a status change, you’ll receive a direct message with action buttons to accept or dismiss the suggestion.

- Secure and scoped — The app only accesses the data and permissions it needs. All communication is verified using Slack’s signing secret.
Permissions
ImpactPilot for Slack requests the following permissions:
- chat:write — Send messages and notifications to Slack channels and direct messages on behalf of the app.
- users:read — Look up basic user profile information to match Slack users with your team.
- users:read.email — Look up users by email address to connect Slack accounts with HubSpot users.
- im:history — Read direct message history to maintain conversation context when chatting with the AI assistant.
Requirements
- An active ImpactPilot account
- A Slack workspace where you have permission to install apps
Privacy & Security
Your data stays yours. ImpactPilot only accesses customer data from your connected HubSpot account and only in the context of your authenticated session. We do not store Slack message content beyond what is needed to process your request.
